Cancellation and Refunds


On demand webinars/ E-learning courses

If you purchase a single or a bundle of on demand webinars/e-learning courses, you can only cancel your purchase and get a full refund, before you receive the invoice/receipt of your purchase together with the credentials needed to enter the on-demand webinar/e-learning course (invoice/receipt and credentials will be sent to you up to 36 hours after your payment and receipt of full names/e-mails of candidates).



Scheduled webinars

In case of cancellation of attendance by the customer the following cancellation charges apply:

- more than one week prior to the course start date: 50% of the course fee

- less than one week prior to the course start date: 100% of the courses fee

If you are unable to attend, you must always inform us at info@dynamarine.com. In case you are not able to attend, you can either send a colleague of yours to participate instead (in this case please let us know of the name/e-mail of that person) or we will give you access to the recording of the webinar to watch it whenever you can.



Returning an unwanted physical item?

We get it, sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want your money back. Don't worry, as long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns, subject to the rules below, which includes rules around fair use. None of these rules affect your statutory rights.

If you return an item requesting a refund within 14 days of the item being delivered to you or available for collection, we'll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method. For all returns, we aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

After that?

We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period of 14 days. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
