If you purchase a single or a bundle of on demand webinars/e-learning courses, you can only cancel your purchase and get a full refund, before you receive the invoice/receipt of your purchase together with the credentials needed to enter the on-demand webinar/e-learning course (invoice/receipt and credentials will be sent to you up to 36 hours after your payment and receipt of full names/e-mails of candidates).
In case of cancellation of attendance by the customer the following cancellation charges apply:
- more than one week prior to the course start date: 50% of the course fee
- less than one week prior to the course start date: 100% of the courses fee
If you are unable to attend, you must always inform us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In case you are not able to attend, you can either send a colleague of yours to participate instead (in this case please let us know of the name/e-mail of that person) or we will give you access to the recording of the webinar to watch it whenever you can.
